A night with Bucky

Last night my brother Mike invited us to the UW Womens basketball game and we even got to sit in his company's box suite. It was absolutely perfect - no one else was there so we got full run of the place. Nate and I got to totally relax and the kids weren't confined to seats for the whole game. Bucky Badger even came right into our suite to visit!

Both kids were thrilled about getting hot dogs. Maya chowed hers down in record time and asked for another.

Jordan thought the little fridge was very cool and just his size.

Thank you sooooo much to Uncle Mike for extending this opportunity to us - we really couldn't had a better introduction to college basketball for the kids than this! He even gave us his special parking pass so we got to park in a lot right next to the Kohl Center instead of walking a couple blocks in the freezing weather - I am very thankful to have such a thoughtful brother. : )
