Father's Day

On Sunday morning Jordan discovered the sprinklers were on and promptly decided it was time for a race. He of course was Lightening McQueen (from the movie Cars) and spent the next hour dodging the water (but not too carefully).

Maya thought all of Jordan's racing looked fun so she went out on the grass but was offended when the cold water hit her. She promptly took a place on my mom's lap and watched the race from the dry seats.

She kept telling my mom her clothes were wet and she never resists an opportunity to take off her clothes so before I knew it there was a naked Maya running around.

Once the sprinklers were off, naked Maya ventured out on the grass.

Happy Father's Day, Nate!

The kids got Nate a chess/checker board for Father's Day so here is Nate teaching Jordan how to play checker. Jordan won his first game. : )
