Maya's 2nd birthday was this past Monday. When the kids woke up, I had the table area decorated with a princess banner and some princess plates and cups but Jordan didn't think that was enough, so he went over to her toy bins and brought a bunch of her toys to lay out on the table to help celebrate. He also gave her a little shaker to rattle because "it's your birthday".

Ever since Maya realized that she could have a character on her birthday cake, she has been excited about an Ella (Cinderella) cake. This was the best I could do on a limited budget. She was happy with it. : )

Opening her presents from us...we got her a Little People house and a 8 piece Disney nursery set. Both were big hits.
Happy birthday, little Maya. Your bigger than life personality has made a perfect addition to our family. I can't believe you are only 2 years old. Sometimes I feel like you run the house! We love you very much!
